By accessing or using Tradi, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Tradi is currently in early access and available by invitation only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tradi. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.

Your account

You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Do not share your access with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

Tradi is a platform for people who are serious about finding a long-term partner. You agree not to use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others. You agree not to misrepresent yourself, submit false information, or use Tradi for any commercial or fraudulent purpose. We reserve the right to remove users who violate these guidelines.

AI-generated content

Tradi uses AI to facilitate conversations and generate introductions. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may not always be accurate. Tradi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for your own decisions regarding potential matches.

Intellectual property

The Tradi name, logo, design, and software are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the content you provide (messages, profile information). By using Tradi, you grant us a limited license to use your content to operate and improve the service.

Limitation of liability

Tradi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to the outcome of any introductions or matches. Use your own judgment when meeting people you connect with through Tradi.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the app. Continued use of Tradi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
